It is cute! and the size is perfect for small spaces. It cooks, broils and toasts adequately. The problem is that the temp guide (the knob with the silver arrow that is supposed to point to the temp where you want the oven to perform its task) is nowhere near accurately placed. So, it takes a little practice to get your correct temp chosen or your accurate time chosen. I'm a seasoned cook, so am able to "closely" get to the right temp but the timer part? Forget using the knob for that - I set the timer on my stove to give me the accuracy some dishes need.I had this toaster oven for 10 years before it died on me. I initially went for a different, fancier model to replace it, but ended up returning it twice due to defects in the build quality. I just decided to go back to what I know works, and if I can still find this one in another 10 years, I'll do it again.Small and compact, does a bit more than toast, temperature in the oven can be set up to 450 degrees, but need patience as it sets in segments of 15 minutes, so if preparing something that needs more have to be on top of it. Also hard to clean under the cooking element.Extremely small. Like 1 open hamburger bun fits. That’s it. If you are single and do not host often, go for it. I think even a couple would benefit from spending a few more dollars for a larger oven.This compact unit is in no way a replacement for the toaster oven found in most kitchens. However, I had a very particular usage in mind when I purchased it --- a nice amenity for the camper conversion of my Honda Odyssey. For that purpose, it serves very well indeed.Pros: compact, lightweight, simple controls, attractive appearance, terrific price pointCons:1) Due to its lightweight construction, it gets very hot. Attention should be paid to where it is placed and used. I have this toaster oven sitting on an insulated countertop in my van. The designers were careful to include sizeable feet/bumpers underneath and behind the unit which helps reduce any danger of fire or damage. All the same, the unit should be monitored closely in your particular environment until you can be confident of its location. Avoid touching the unit while it is operating, as the thin metal shell is VERY hot to the touch.2) Heating is very uneven, front-to-back. Not a big problem. If toast begins to be overdone in the rear of the unit, simply use kitchen tongs and apply a 180 to whatever is inside.Net: Not perfect, but meets my particular needs very well. Highly recommended.I’m so happy with this appliance! Works great for just about everything you would put in your oven and I love the retro look of it. Highly recommend this! Le seul élément négatif qu’un autre usager avait écrit c’est l’absence de lumière dans le four mais surtout on doit chauffer le four avant de mettre le poulet qui a été placé sur la tige pour faire le BBQ et avec un four très chaud on a peur de se brûler les mains pour insérer la tige des deux côtés du four! Ça c’est très dangereux. Les pommes de terre sont très bonnes avec/sans papier aluminium et en 1 heure en mode Bake. C’est très pratique de cuir deux à trois aliments différents en même temps. Pour ce qui est du mécanisme j’espère que ça va durer mais j’ai pris l’assurance additionnelle qui est minime et j’espère que je n’aurais pas de méchantes situations avec l’assurance non plus!?...I purchased this oven because of the rotisserie feature. Every time I want to use it I have to run and find a flashlight in order to see what I'm doing, while trying to hook the rotisserie up. I STRONGLY suggest your place a light for the interior of the oven.I did a rotisserie pork and wow, a new family favorite, it was so juicy and flavorful. I'd recommend you buy this. I've used it for many other meats and love them all, and I did French fries on the top. Love this, thank youThis little oven is awesome, especially the Rotisserie for chicken and roasts, always tender , juicy and delicious!I bought this oven and it stopped working in3 months, now they are saying they are not responsible, SHAME ON THEM. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
