Dry thoroughly with a clean, dry cloth.Apply oil: Apply a thin, even layer of vegetable or cooking oil to the entire interior of the skillet, including the bottom, sides, and handle.Bake: Then, place the pan upside down in the preheated oven at 180°C to 200°C (350°F to 400°F) and bake for approximately one hour to allow the oil to polymerize and form a non-stick coating.Allow to cool: Turn off the oven and allow the skillet to cool completely inside the oven before removing it. This may take several hours. (Remember to wear heat resistant gloves when handling the pan) Be careful when following these steps; remember to use heat-resistant oven gloves every time you handle the pan. KEEP THIS IN MIND WHEN CLEANING THE PAN 1- Clean the pan as soon as possible after using it. 2- You should not leave the pan in water because it will rust. 3- In cases where the food is really stuck, use a sponge or paper towel and a handful of coarse kosher salt to loosen the stuck pieces. 4- If the leftover food is really stuck, put the pan back on the heat with a little water until it boils and use a wooden spatula to separate the stuck pieces. 5- Be sure to dry the pan immediately when you have finished cleaning it. 6- It is not recommended to use soap, but in case you use it, it should be organic soap and then you should rub the pan again with olive oil after drying it. 7- It is not dishwasher safe.
