Overall it's been a great product. It's about 1/8" to long for our camper stove top, one side sits a little higher, but I understand it wasn't designed for that, that's just a comment for people looking for the same use. My only real complaint is the grease trap. 6 pieces of bacon completely filled the trap and spilt over. I would have rather lost 1/2" or so in that corner in order to gain a larger grease trap. Overall it's a great product so far.I had hoped that I could retire my two cast iron griddles that are such a pain to clean. Yes I read about curing them and did all the right things, but I'm just not worshiping at the cast iron alter any more. On the other hand, this aluminum non-stick can be washed with soap and water (yea).It was very non-stick when I bought it many months ago, but it seems like it is a bit harder to clean lately. And I dislike the triangular recesses at the corners. Fat, grease, food bits gather in them and because of there sharp corners and bottom-to-side joints, they are quite difficult to clean. I realize that the food we eat doesn't get in there and that the rest of the cooking surface cleans OK, but I hate to see brown crud accumulate there. If, instead of sharp corners, they had rounded corners, like a 3-6 mm radius, it would be much easier to clean.All in all I'm happier with this than the cast iron, but there is still room for improvement.Heats up, quickly and cooks quickly. Incredibly easy to clean. All I really have to do is run it under hot water and maybe a little dish soap and light-handed brushing. Amazing! I was using a cast-iron grill pan. No more "seasoning". Cast iron is great but, this my go-to grill pan, every time. Grilled chicken breast? A pleasure...I bought this griddle with high expectations and so far it’s been winner. I believe it does the job very well and it’s easy to clean. Please follow the recommendations off the instructions and you will enjoy the results.The Griddle Grill Pan is a simple, strong and quality product. I've used it many times for dinner during the week and on Sundays for football parties. I use the grill side more for vegetables, burgers, cheese toast and sandwhiches. Heat distribution is excellent. Fits on my stove nicely. Cleans easy. Great value. Exceptional product and highly recommend.Love it but it slides around on the flat top stoveLove this griddle.
