These pans quickly became my favorites. I use them all the time. They would make a great gift for a beginner to cast iron cooking. Some of the newer cast iron does not heat evenly and these do. I did add one more layer to the seasoning... I like to season with bacon grease because it gives everything that slight smokey flavor.I like the size too, just right for heating up burrito shells. I would buy these again if needed. But, well cared for cast iron will last over 100 years - some of my best pans are older than that.
