It took like 20 minutes to cooked my dethawed thin porkchops.good product but one side came broken ?Espresso machine of my dreams!I am a coffee enthusiast (like many) but am big on latte art making. I even won some competitions in latte making so it is a passion of mine. I have all kinds of coffee machines from cheap to more expensive ones. I also use La Marzocco every day at work and am a big fan. For home use I definitely knew I didn't want to spend so much cash especially given current crisis. However, given that my work place was shut down, I became desparate for home solutions.This was BINGO! Simple to use, provides all the necessary functionalities. Coffee comes out with great flavor and taste :) I am a big fan and would recommend it to anyone.I just love the dual grilling areas! I have cooked multiple meals on grill from tri-tip to veggies. My son loves using it too! Simple to use and so easy to clean!! Made well also. Love my grill!!!!??It’s wide so it is better for 3 or 4 people than one. But it cooks perfectly and any smoke gets hovered up. I am enjoying it a lot.I tried cooking a piece of meat which otherwise broiled in my oven would take 10 minutes to throughly cook. After 3 hours at 350 F degrees this piece of meat was still raw. Finally, I broiled it in my oven and in 10 minutes it was ready to eat. I throughly washed the unit and returned it.This is not smokeless. Also the temperature drops pretty quickly and takes atleast 5 minutes to reach full temp. You will need to wait to remove the pallets in order to clean them.Never had a chance to use it. When I plugged it in nothing happened!! Just opened it a couple days ago,so it's too late for a return. What a piece of crap!!
