Very easy to install and my food stays on the grillSeems to work well. Attaches magnetically so it can be removed to clear griddle after cooking. Keeps smaller food pieces from accidentally slipping into the grease container. Nice designIt did save a couple shrimp from going into the grease trap!This product is not really what I was expecting it to be. It looks like a 5 year old glued some magnets on to a piece of metal. These griddles get pretty hot so I'm not sure how long this will work for. IMO it is more expensive than it should be. If they had welded them instead it would be worth the cost. Only time will tell how long this thing will last. It does help keeping the food from going into the grease trap on the Blackstone griddle with the rear grease management system though and this is the only reason I gave it 3 starsWorks greatOn the first usage the magnets came off. It is also not wide enough to be stable.I would not but again and do not recommendBasically, a piece of rough sheet metal with some magnets hot glued to it. I mean...about as simple as it gets. You can tell this is just cut off a larger sheet and the epitome of a small business product. Does it work...definitely. Slaps right on and barely have to ever touch it. But that being said...maybe they could run this thing through a tumbler or something before gluing the magnets. The edges feel like they can right off the bandsaw, not really sanded down or tumbled smooth. The glue job was excessive and sloppy. All of that isn't a huge deal, but a little more of a "finished" product and it would be 5 stars.This little device does a great job at what it is designed for. The magnets hold it securely in place. THe holes let the grease and such fall through while also keeping your food ON the griddle. My only complaint is that the device is rather rough-edged and sharp, so use caution when you install it and whenever you take it off to clean it.
