The main pan I’ve been using since purchase. It works amazing.Truly nonstick and very easy to clean grill pan. Worth the price! So far this pan has exceeded my expectations, and if the non-stick holds up I'll try to remember to come back and add another star. I had been under the impression that the best grill pans were cast iron, with high ridges, but I've had some bad experiences with using cast iron (heavy) on a smooth top stove. So far my experience with this pan has been favorable -- good sear with well defined grill marks using a light weigh pan.I've been washing it in the dishwasher with satisfactory results, although I do have to do some light finishing with a scrubber. The claim is that the handle can go in the oven up to 400 degrees, which I haven't tested yet, but plan to very soon. It does heat up quickly, which is a plus, and I'm really inclined to recommend it.To repeat myself, I had been under the impression that I would need much higher ridges to get good grill marks, so on that score I've been very favorably surprised, and it has also been much easier to maintain than the cast iron pan. I may run into Murphy's Law in few weeks, but everything started quite well.I have a number of Anolon Hard-Anodized items in my kitchen. I have used a cast iron skillet and I prefer this WAY more. There are reasons people like cast iron, but none I can understand. I can pop this on my gas burner, fire it up on high and within a few minutes it's hot enough to drop some chicken on it and get a fantastic grill mark on it. Then, keep it on high for a bit while the food warms up. Next Back it down to med to med-high and monitor it. Flip. Remove. It's SOOO easy! But wait.. it gets better! Once you are done with your awesome meal, take it to the sink and hit it with a stiff nylon brush, some seriously hot water and soap. Few swipes and it's clean. No having to scrub, keep it dry, season it. Use it, clean it, put it away. Just like any other one. And compared to a BBQ - No rusty grill to have to deal with. The only downside I have found is that honestly your food doesn't taste quite like cooking over a gas BBQ. But it will be more moist, and it will never catch a flare up from below. So win some, lose some.If you don't like to break out the BBQ in the raining Oregon winter, this is THE thing to get. I wish I had it earlier, and we used our gas BBQ year round multiple times a week. Since we got this, maybe 4 times all winter and I've used this probably 30 times already! Get it, you'll love it!Let me know if you liked this review by clicking the yes button below. Thanks!I absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this Analon skillet. Within the past 30 days I purchased a large set of CIRCULON cookware. However this skillet totally captured my attention. I loved everything about it. Love this square shape, the pour spouts on 2 sides. And the grill marks on meat, chicken & large cuts of vegetables; yellow squash & zucchini. Plus it looks very identical to the CIRCULON products I purchased. I researched both products in great detail before I made my decision. Best of all, all are an easy clean. Far easier than loading a dishwasher. Within minutes all are hung back on the rack. I am very pleased. And I definitely recommend. Thanks Amazon!! Kaye Forester Galveston, TXWe've used this pan quite a few times since getting it. It's great! I grease it with a little refined coconut oil before heating it up and I think it helps with cleaning as nothing sticks. We don't place our food into the pan until it's completely heated up. It cooks evenly and we get nice grill marks on our food. A little soapy water once the pan cools is all it takes to clean it up. So far, we're pleased.I got this because I wanted a substitute grill. You can't grill out beside a pond with all these mosquitoes. It is easy on my wrist too and not heavy like my cast iron.Just baste your meats with a little oil and put meat in pan and you will be so happy. It does a great job on everything even porkchops . The clean up is easy easy just hot water soap and sponge and goes back to perfect clean. LOVE this pan and my hubby who wanted to have a pan he could use on the stove (and he doesnt cook LOL) for his steaks is in heaven using this for all his meats. Everything turns out wonderful. So good I sent a few for gifts to friends and family.I have used a lot of pans in my life. Usually they work well at first then it goes south. This one still looks like the first time i got it. It is so easy to clean. After each uses, i put some water in it let it boil for 1 minute. The food doesn't stick at all. You get the grilled mark we are craving. It makes Teflon and Ceramic looks like it is a cast iron. This pan is deeper than others, which makes it great for browning / flash frying meats. The spouts are very handy to safely drain away any grease.Just what i was looking for, really great no-stick pan and it's very easy to clean. It heats/cooks evenly and is just really nice to use. I will look into buying more Anolon stuff in the future
