I love Japan's product a lot. This product is very light and very convenient. I uses this one to cook breakfast and save me a lot of time!First of all, it is soooo cute!! Most importantly, it is so easy and safe to use - great temperature control and easy to clean with dish washer! I also bought the hotpot and steam rack so that I use this for making hotpot, soup and steaming seafood and dumplings ! I also got one for my friend’s birthday gift- such an amazing cookware!Very good Quality and so easy to use. Love how convenient it is!I purchased the Bruno compact hotplate and I was so excited, but after I set it up and plugged it in, the indication light wouldn’t turn on and the element would not heat up. At first I thought maybe it just takes a minute. But after having it sit there for 5 minutes, nothing happened. So immediately I knew it was a defect. I quickly emailed the seller and within a couple of hours I received a response and they offered to exchange it the same day as long as I provide my address and phone number. The driver showed up at 6:30pm the same day and we did a direct exchange. WOW. Talk about going above and beyond to help rectify this matter. The replacement works perfectly and I am very happy with the product and the service I experienced today with BRUNO CA! Bravo. Thank you for resolving this so quickly! And now I cannot wait to cook more with this!I bought one last year and started to use it to prepare breakfast at the table. Can make egg sausage muffin all in one pan. Also bought the deeper pan accessory for making hot pot. Loved it so much that I bought a second one recently so I can use both when having more people for dinner. It's also portable so I brought it to my parents' place to prepare a hot pot dish for them. After main course was done, I just changed the plate and prepared dessert at the table. So handy! It allows me to stay at the table instead of going to the kitchen to cook.I have a trailer with limited space. At first i thought it was too small, but after using it at camp it was perfect. I loved that the cord was magnetic which made it easy start. It heated up very fast. I was easily able to carry it in a reusable shopping bag with all the hot dog fixings and cook at another site. everyone was impressed. Wiped clean at the end.Love the Bruno Compact Hot Plate, it has a nice even heat, I can finally make a perfect pancake! And it is super cute too, the yellow is bright and cheery. I am very happy with it and use it any chance I get.
