We bought this grill to hook up with our RV when camping. The assembly and use are easy, and I switched it over to run off the propane from my RV very simply. The only thing I did not like was every time I heated it up to use, the top warped and was not sitting on the base correctly. You can see me pointing to the space when cooking my steaks. The grill cooled off and went back to straight, but this was just a flaw I see. It's no Blackstone, but it doesn't cost the same as one either (when I bought it). I wanted the dual burners because if we cook 2 items and need different temperatures, I wanted that ability, unlike the single burner smallest Blackstone.Took it for a camping trip and used it hear and made chicken fried rice at the house. I recommend you season the grill well and burn off the factory oil. Nice little grill and is not to heavy. Good Quickly and like the lid.Went to assemble the griddle and discovered they missed a step in manufacturing so I couldn't assemble the lid on to the base. So, now I wait to have someone respond to my email. AARGHHHHH!UPDATE: Customer service replaced the griddle that was defective. New grill was manufactured correctly, so I changed rating from 1 star to 4.Opened box; checked to see all parts were there; read the assembly part of the manual. MY MISTAKE; did not notice that a match is needed to start a fire; I assumed it was electric start like some of its competitors. BUMMER!! It was boxed very well, to the extent that I never could have re-boxed it for return (unless I took photos of the unboxing process). Hence I cannot return. LESSON: look at the operating manual before purchase. BY THE WAY: online description and video do not mention nor show a match is required. Just looked at alternatives on Amazon and one competitor clearly show electric ignition system. Will update this review after use to discuss ease and safety of match ignition.I like this cuz it's convenient however they should have attachment 4 smaller propane tanksExcellent value for money spent. Food cooks quickly as the surface heats evenly.So far great griddle took 15 mins to set up came in a very well packed box an all parts were their . Works and it cooks veery nice.I got my grill today. It was easy to assemble. Hooked up my LP tank and made some ahi tuna steaks with grilled onions. I like the lid and the griddle pan seem to be preseasoned but I did a high burn and season anyway. Overall I like it and I can’t wait to try it out at the park this summer with family.
