These egg rings are great for making perfect fried eggs for home made McMuffins. Being metal, I can use them in the air fryer oven to also make muffin pizza's too. Clean is easy is you spray them with Pam first.These worked great! I make Egg McMuffins at home and these were perfect! Eggs came out great and they are easy to clean. The little blue potholder was perfect for removing the ring easily.These are really nice, and have held up well. My only regret is that I should've gotten the bigger ones.These work great! I wipe them with butter just before putting the egg in and no sticking.I found that extra large or better yet, Jumbo eggs work best.We can make egg mc muffins at home for a fraction of the cost!Works perfect eggs small pancakes no leakage at bottom. Clean up wonderfully.I bought these a couple months ago because I wanted to make my own egg muffins at home. These are PERFECT. If you read the negative reviews that say they don't work, they stick, etc. IGNORE THEM. They work perfectly. All you have to do is:1. Put them in the pan on medium heat and let them warm up with the pan (why people put eggs into a cold pan and then complain that they've stuck is beyond me; Pre-Heat your pans people).2. Spray them with just a quick blast of cooking spray. You can also just butter the rings if you don't have spray.3. Crack the egg into a little bowl and then pour it into the ring as you gently press on the ring to keep the egg from running out underneath it. "Tip: The bowl will help you control the pour so you aren't cracking the egg over the ring and trying to get it in there while dealing with the shells.4. keep the heat on Med-Low and let the egg cook slowly or the bottom will get over done while the top is still runny, in a few minutes as the top firms up, pull the ring, (it will slip right off!), flip your egg and finish cooking.You will have perfectly round eggs for your breakfast sandwich. Simple.Tip: If you use Large or smaller eggs, you'll get a thin circle of egg, if you go with an Extra Large Egg, you'll get close to what you are used to seeing in an Egg McMuffin.If you follow this method, they are also easy to clean!Cheers!I enjoy making homemade "fast food breakfast" now and then, and I ordered these so that I could create the authentic hockey puck-shaped eggs that a certain famous restaurant, ("Billions and Billions Sold,") has. My fear was that they were going to be plated tin or some other cheap garbage that would rust in the dishwasher, but from what I can tell they seem to be solid stainless steel, which is exactly what I was hoping they would be. The key to using these successfully is to grease the insides of the rings with plenty of butter and then to get them and the skillet plenty hot before you crack one or two eggs into them. Then, once the eggs are cooked, you're going to need some tongs or a pair of pliers to lift the rings by their very hot little handles as you gently ease the cooked eggs out of them. There's a trick to cooking the egg enough to flip it without burning the bottom, and I start with a very hot skillet and then turn the heat off once the eggs are half cooked, so that by the time I go to turn them the skillet is cooling a little and the eggs get less brown on the bottom. These rings take a little practice, but once you get the hang of them, they're just what you need to make those fast food breakfast sandwiches at home, and because they're solid stainless steel, they won't rust in the dishwasher.My work used these so I decided to purchase some. They are not non stick, but if you spray them they work well. I like to be able to separate my eggs from other things on the griddle and these are perfect for that. Also they are perfect size for putting on an English muffin.I have tried both silicone and teflon coated steel egg rings but these stainless rings are far superior. It is essential however that the inside of the rings are well greased/oiled.No odd corners for food to stick and hide. I like them.Very good item been looking every were but could not get any weartotally non stick. UselessThey were not non stick so not very happy.
